Kaiku
ACHIEVEMENTS

The long arc — not just today.

Kaiku quietly marks small wins: your first 10K, a 100-day streak, your first month in couple space. You don't need a separate journal — Kaiku keeps track and gives you visible feedback.

STEP 1 · OVERVIEW

Achievements, small celebrations along the way

Open the Me tab and see your latest milestones as a calm list. A record, a streak, a milestone — all in the same gentle flow, without a scoring system.

Kaiku notices the small things too: your first 10K run, a hundred-day morning brief streak, fifty days of the couple ritual. You don't have to keep score — feedback shows up when something meaningful happens.

STEP 2 · PATH PROGRESS

One percentage for the whole path

Path progress is a single percentage showing how much of a 3-year arc you've covered. Not a metric that twitches hourly — a calm picture of where you are.

The number stays stable — it moves when you complete a block, not after every workout. You get a feel for the long road without daily pressure.

STEP 3 · UPCOMING

See what's coming next

You don't have to guess what to aim for. Unlocked achievements show grayed out — some close, some further out. A clear view of progress.

Example: first sub-50 10K, first half marathon, Great Wall Marathon race day. You get direction without Kaiku pushing.

STEP 4 · CATEGORIES

Achievements by category — your whole life

Achievements aren't limited to training. Records, streaks, goals, relationship milestones, mind milestones, sleep milestones — each in its own category.

The full arc of wellbeing comes along. You get a feel for progress in every life area, not just where the metrics are clearest.

STEP 5 · CORE FEATURE

Achievements are for everyone — free

Achievement marks belong to Kaiku's core features. You don't need Premium to see records or streaks.

Basic use gives you full visibility. Premium adds deeper analysis and other features, but achievements are for all.

NOT GAMIFICATION

Achievements are yours — not a scoring system

Classic gamification builds motivation on shame — "broke my streak". Kaiku doesn't.

Streaks are held gently: if you skipped a day, no guilt. The streak shows what you've done, it doesn't judge small gaps.

I never kept a training journal. Now I only notice afterward that Kaiku marked my 100-day streak — a small celebration I would have otherwise missed.

الأسئلة الشائعة

Can I hide achievements?

Yes. You can hide the whole achievements view in settings. You can also hide individual metrics (e.g. weight trend).

How long is PR data kept?

As long as your account is active. You can always export your data as JSON and keep it yourself.

Can I create my own achievements?

Not yet. Kaiku marks achievements automatically based on recognised milestones. Custom achievements are on the roadmap.

What happens if I break a streak?

Nothing dramatic. The streak shows what you've done, it doesn't blame. You can start a new one the next day — Kaiku doesn't judge.

Small celebrations along the way — start collecting your milestones.
