Bodyweight — no equipment, same intelligence.
Home workouts at home, on the road, on holiday. Short sessions when time is tight, longer when you have it. Coach Intelligence calibrates the load with the same intelligence as in the gym.
Bodyweight — everything you need, you already have
Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, planks. Kaiku builds the program around your body and level, and shows the progression from easy to hard.
You don't need a gym, no equipment, not even much space. The basic structure works in a hotel room. Add-ons (resistance bands, a kettlebell) open more options but aren't required.
10–30 min when busy, 45–60 when you have time
You choose how long you have. Kaiku builds the session from that — it won't force 60 minutes when you have 15.
Long Saturday morning? You get a full 60-minute workout. Toddler grabbing your jeans on the way out? A sharp 10 minutes keeps you moving. Kaiku doesn't punish a short day.
- 1Kaiku suggests a length based on recovery and calendar data — you can still pick your own.
Same Coach Intelligence behind the scenes
Home workouts calibrate with the same intelligence as gym programs. Recovery data, your last workout, and sleep all influence what Kaiku suggests today.
Which means home training isn't a 'second-tier alternative'. It's as precise as a gym program — just without the equipment. Coach Intelligence sees continuity, not equipment.
Travel and holiday mode — Kaiku adjusts itself
On the road? Holiday season? Activate light mode, and Kaiku tunes volume and duration to fit. Continuity matters most, not perfection.
Your Goal Arc can include both gym and home workouts. Kaiku recognizes when you have to be at home and tunes intensity — home training complements the gym, doesn't compete with it.
- 1Mode is one tap away — not buried deep in settings.
- 2Kaiku shows concretely what happens to this week's program.
I spent a week in Italy for work. Earlier that would have wiped my program. Kaiku switched on travel mode, and a week later I was back on pace.
Common questions
Does it work if I don't own any equipment?
Yes. The basic structure requires nothing. Add-ons (resistance bands, kettlebell) open more options but aren't required.
Can you build muscle with bodyweight?
Yes, at first. At an advanced level you need progression tricks: single-leg variants, time-under-tension work, slower eccentrics. Kaiku knows these.
Does home training replace the gym?
It can complement the gym or be your only training. The same Coach Intelligence calibrates load regardless of equipment.
What does travel mode do?
Lowers volume and duration, swaps equipment-based moves for bodyweight variants, and tunes the reminder cadence.
Do I need much space?
No. A hotel room or about 2 × 2 meters is enough for most moves. Kaiku also offers space-restricted variants.
