A morning that feels planned.
The morning brief lands as one notification. Open it and see the day's essentials at a glance: the weather, your training plan, a nutrition summary and a small Kaiku tip.
Open the app, everything is ready
The morning brief assembles its modules in order. Weather where you are, a short Kaiku tip, a mood question that opens a solo conversation, and the day's training and nutrition.
You don't need multiple tabs to find what's ahead. One view, the whole morning — calmly.
- 1From the weather line to the Kaiku tip — one visual flow, no hopping between tabs.
- 2The mood question opens solo space directly if you want to talk — no obligation.
Training, nutrition, goals — the day's concrete bits
The lower part of the brief gathers the doing: today's training with rationale text, your energy target (training/rest day) and the big long-term goal's progress.
You don't guess what Kaiku suggests — you see the rationale (why this workout today) and the day's energy estimate. The long goal stays on one line so you remember the direction.
You decide what shows
The morning brief is fully customisable. Keep the 2–6 modules that actually help you. Turn the rest off — Kaiku doesn't force anything.
Example: if the weather doesn't interest you, turn it off. If you want more reflection, give space to the daily question. The brief shapes around you — not the other way around.
One time, one location, no settings panic
Morning brief settings live in one place in your profile. Time (default 7 AM), active days (Mon–Fri), location (automatic or manual).
You can also turn the whole brief off with one tap if it doesn't fit. No pressure, no complicated settings.
The morning brief learns about you
The tip isn't random. The mood question doesn't repeat. The brief uses your solo conversation history: if you mentioned a book, a Sunday morning tip might suggest reading.
If you had a good day, the mood question may pick up from there. The brief stays fresh because it knows you.
I used to scroll through three apps before morning coffee. Now one view, thirty seconds — and the day starts calmly.
